Full Council

The Parish Council’s monthly Council Meetings are held at 7pm in Downend Baptist Church, Salisbury Road, Downend, Bristol. The next meeting will take place on Thursday 15 March 2018.

Finance & General Purposes Committee

The next meeting will take place on Thursday 1 March 2018, 9.30am, at the Parish Office, Downend Library, Buckingham Gardens, Downend, Bristol BS16 5TW.

Planning Committee

The Planning Committee meets every fortnight, normally on a Tuesday evening.  The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 20 February 2018 in the Grace Room at Lincombe Barn, Overndale Road, Downend, Bristol commencing at 7pm.

PK18/0478/F – 20 Grace Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 5DX – Creation of new vehicular access with parking and associated works.

PK18/0533/F – 10 Windsor Court, Downend, Bristol BS16 6DR – Demolition of conservatory & erection of single storey rear extension.

PK18/0601/PNH – 60 Grace Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 5DU – Erection of single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 4.3 metres, for which the maximum height would be 3.2 metres and for which the height of the eaves would be 3 metres.

PK18/0674/TRE – 22 Oakdale Close, Downend, Bristol BS16 6ED – Works to trees as per the applicants proposed schedule of works received by South Gloucestershire Council on 7 January 2018. Trees covered by TPO 26/09 dated 26.01.2007.

PK18/0686/F – 99 Fouracre Crescent, Downend, Bristol BS16 6PY – Erection of two storey side and single storey rear extensions to form additional living accommodation.

PK18/0733/F – 23 Grace Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 5DY – Erection of single storey side and rear extension to form additional living accommodation.
