Full Council

The Parish Council’s monthly Council Meetings are held at 7pm in Downend Baptist Church, Salisbury Road, Downend, Bristol. The next meeting will take place on Thursday 14 December 2017.

Finance & General Purposes Committee

The next meeting will take place on Thursday 4 January 2018, 9.30am, at the Parish Office, Downend Library, Buckingham Gardens, Downend, Bristol BS16 5TW.

Planning Committee

The Planning Committee meets every fortnight, normally on a Tuesday evening.  The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 14 November in the Grace Room at Lincombe Barn, Overndale Road, Downend, Bristol commencing at 7pm.

PK17/5104/F – 16 Downleaze, Downend, Bristol BS16 6JR – Demolition of existing detached garage and attached side garage. Erection of detached garage. Erection of two storey side extension and alterations to roof to facilitate enlargement of existing loft conversion to provide additional living accommodation.

PK17/5247/CLP – 109 Quakers Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 6NJ – Application for a certificate of lawfulness for the proposed installation of a rear and side dormer to facilitate loft conversion.

PK17/5056/F – Tennis Courts, near 67 Cleeve Hill, Downend, Bristol BS16 6EU – Erection of 7 no dwellings and 2 no. self-contained flats with access, parking and landscaping.

PT17/5205/TCA – Cleeve Mill, Cleeve Wood Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 2SY – Works to trees as per the applicants proposed schedule of works. Trees situated in the Frenchay Conservation Area.

PK17/5236/F – 15 Chepstow Park, Downend, Bristol BS16 6SQ – Erection of two storey link extension and first floor front extension over existing garage and erection of single storey rear extension.
