The next meeting of Downend & Bromley Heath Parish Council will be held at Badminton Road Methodist Church, Badminton Road, Downend, on Thursday 16 May 2019 at 7pm.

Finance & General Purposes Committee

The next meeting will take place when the new committee is appointed after the elections – date to be advised.

Planning Committee

The Planning Committee meets every fortnight, normally on a Tuesday evening.  The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 30 April 2019 in the Grace Room at Lincombe Barn, Overndale Road, Downend, Bristol commencing at 7pm.

P19/3958/TRE – The Dove Cote, Bromley Heath Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 6HZ – Works to trees as per the schedule of works received by the Council on 10 April 2019. All trees covered by KTPO 09/94 dated 26/09/1994.

P19/3866/F – 37 Brook Road, Mangotsfield, Bristol BS16 9DX – Erection of 1 no. attached dwelling with associated works.

P19/3574/F – 3 Buckingham Gardens, Downend, Bristol BS16 5TW – Hip to gable extension and installation of 1 no. rear dormer to facilitate loft conversion. Erection of single storey side and rear extension to form additional living accommodation. Creation of vehicular access and raised driveway.

P19/3173/F – 66 North Street, Downend, Bristol BS16 5SG – Alterations to existing dwelling to sub divide into 2 dwellings.

P19/3966/CLP – 124 Badminton Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 6ND – A dormer extension to both the rear and side roof pitch of the property.

P19/4065/F – 12 Cleeve Hill, Downend, Bristol BS16 6HN – Erection of a single storey rear extension with first floor roof terrace and privacy screen. Installation of raised terrace.
